In 1999, Sebastián, son of José Alberto and grandson of Tito, started a project of his own with some friends to make sparkling wines in the Uco Valley. A few years later he joined the family winery, leading our development in that same region and beginning the upward path we have followed over the past fifteen years. In 2022 we became the only winery in Argentina with three wines awarded 100 points by Robert Parker | Wine Advocate, putting the Paraje Altamira area on the map of the world's finest terroirs. That same year, Wine Enthusiast named us "Best New World Winery". The World's Best Vineyards ranked us the Best Vineyard in the World three years running (2019–2020–2021), and in 2022 inducted us into its Hall of Fame.
