Paşaeli is a family winery founded in 2000 by Seyit Karagözoğlu and his Italian friend Andrea Paoletti. Its vineyards are spread across different sites on the west coast, influenced by the Aegean and Marmara seas, which, combined with the wind and the soil, give the wines a distinctive salinity.
