The AOC Côtes de Provence is the largest appellation in Provence, in south-east France. It covers some 20,000 hectares of vineyards, which produce the vast majority of Provence rosé.
The Ultimate Provence vineyard extends over 100 acres around the town of La Garde-Freinet, at the northern foot of the chapel of Notre-Dame-des-Anges. Set in a wild landscape surrounded by a vast forest of evergreen oaks, the
vineyard has shallow soils over a bed of schist. This excellent terroir is nourished by natural compost made from oak leaves and vine stems.
Ultimate Provence makes vibrant wines dressed in exclusive bottles, available in a range of sizes from the classic bottle to the 6-litre Methuselah.
