In 2000 they bought an estate that had been abandoned for 80 years and brought it back into production with a clear goal and a firm commitment: to make quality wine that meets market demands, using techniques that fully respect the environment.
The first phase of the winery was completed in 2006: architecture in the purest traditional style, combining functionality, charm and energy efficiency.
In their "boutique winery" they set out to
give clean energy the importance it deserves and to make a healthy wine free of environmental burdens: a small contribution to the environment and to caring for the rural setting where they are based.
Their symbol, the chimney, pays modest tribute to an architectural feature so distinctive and so necessary in the Canarian kitchen, where aromas from different generations and different foods mingle (smoked cheese, burning firewood, mojo palmero, new wine, tea pine…).
