At Villa Wolf, an unofficial Burgundy-style vineyard classification is used, based on an 1828property valuation by the Bavarian government. There are three vineyard quality levels: first quality (grand cru), second quality (premier cru) and village vineyards. Made in the classic Pfalz style, Villa Wolf is dry and full-bodied, with ripe fruit and stone flavours. Villa Wolf also offers wines from other traditional varieties of the region: Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder.
