Christine Vernay, who has managed the Domaine and its winemaking for more than 25 years, succeeded her father in 1996 (Georges Vernay, credited with saving the appellation and the Viognier grape) and her grandfather (Francis Vernay), who founded the estate.

Today the Domaine has 24 hectares planted and farmed, 17 of them on steep slopes, spread across three appellations: Condrieu (10 ha)

Côte-Rôtie (6 ha) and Saint-Joseph (2 ha), plus two IGPs with Syrah and Viognier (6 ha).

Organic certification, careful winemaking, regular replanting, massal selection and more: Christine Vernay has taken the family estate to the top of the podium. Recognised as an outstanding winemaker, she has seen some of her wines awarded the famous 100/100.
