Domaine d'Eole was born of a dream to create great wines that express the magic of the sun-drenched, Mistral-swept Alpilles.
From the very start in 1993, organic farming was the obvious choice to protect this wonderful terroir and its biodiversity. The constant pursuit of excellence guided the other key decisions:
traditional grape varieties, controlled yields, hand-picking at optimum ripeness, and minimal intervention in vineyard and cellar to respect the quality of the grapes as far as possible. These efforts shape the daily work to ensure, year after year, wines that are aromatic, deep in colour and refined.
