Five AOCs
Château de Fuissé, in the heart of the village of the same name, reveals the authenticity of a family house rich in history through its 15th-century pentagonal tower and its Renaissance porch dating from 1604.
The Château de Fuissé estate in southern Burgundy covers some forty hectares across five appellations:
Pouilly-Fuissé: 25 hectares; Saint-Véran: 8
hectares; Mâcon-Villages: 3 hectares; Mâcon-Fuissé: 1 hectare; Bourgogne Blanc: 0.5 hectares; Juliénas: 3 hectares.
The expression of terroir through its grape variety, Chardonnay, and through the vintage is the foundation of Château de Fuissé's wines. Winemaking is therefore chosen to suit the character of each plot.
The wines thus reveal their full finesse, elegance and power, in the tradition of the "Great White Wines of Burgundy".
